Poor golf swing mechanics are often the result of a player’s physical limitations. A TPI Evaluation will help your trainer identify physical limitations, which cause inefficiencies in a golfer’s swing. Once those inefficiencies are defined, a specific training program will be developed, which will help the golfer overcome these weaknesses and achieve a more efficient and consistent golf swing. With the TPI Golf Fitness Screening results, Ms. Danelian will provide you with a customized workout program designed to improve your strength, flexibility, balance, and power. Using the Titleist Performance Institute Golf Fitness Screening enables Ms. Danelian to analyze swing faults. During a TPI Golf Fitness Screening, the golfer undergoes step screening to determine which areas are causing inconsistencies in his or her swing.
